Financial Aid: Apply by May 1 Each Year

To receive any financial aid beyond the Indiana School Choice Voucher Scholarship, including the multi-student discount, Oaks Aid, or employee benefit, you must complete the FACTS Aid Application by May 1 each year and include your taxes from the past year in your application.

Here are a few tips for a smooth financial aid process: 
  • File your taxes as early as possible.
  • There is a $45 application fee for each family’s financial aid application.
  • Have your W-2 and tax return ready to upload after you complete your application (you must pay the application fee to have a complete application).
  • FACTS will verify your information and let you know if additional documentation is needed within two weeks.
  • Self-employed? Submit your 2026 taxes by May 1st so we can calculate your aid. If you file an extension, send profit and loss statements.
  • If you experience a job loss or significant income decrease, contact Rhonda to request a review before you sign your tuition agreement. 

 

Tuition & Incidental Payments

All billing for tuition, school meals, and Before and After Care usage is posted and paid through your FACTS account. If you need help, please call FACTS at 866-441-4637.

Payments & Payment Plans

You may choose from a selection of payment plans, most of which incur a set-up fee from FACTS as listed below. Information about selecting your plan is sent via FACTS each June. 

  • Full payment (due June 30th) | No FACTS enrollment fee
  • Semi-annual (due August 15th & January 15th) | $25 FACTS enrollment fee
  • Once a month | $55 FACTS enrollment fee
  • Bi-weekly | $55 FACTS enrollment fee

FACTS sends an email reminder 7 days before each payment. You can also enable text reminders inside your FACTS account.

TIP: Customized Payment Dates
If you prefer to have your payment withdrawal dates aligned with your payroll dates, you can request customization by contacting FACTS at 866-441-4637. However, please note that this customization must be requested after you have completed the initial plan setup. New payment dates must be entered annually and will not automatically roll over from the previous year.
TIP: Set Up Electronic Check Payments
To avoid additional transaction fees, we strongly recommend entering bank account information (account and routing numbers) for electronic check payments. Debit/credit cards incur a 3% transaction fee.
Updating Payment Info
  • Update your bank account in FACTS at least 5 days before your next payment.
  • To change a payment date, call FACTS at 866-441-4637 at least 7 days before the due date.
Missed Payments

Missed payments are automatically rescheduled within 7 days. To adjust the new date, contact FACTS. Please reach out to Rhonda before a missed payment becomes a bigger problem. We'd much rather talk early than late.
Manual Payments
  • Submit manual payments online in your FACTS account at least 7 days before the due date.

  • We allow checks or money order payments from family/friends who want to contribute to a student's account. Please email Rhonda if you would like more information about this option.
Delinquent Accounts
  • Accounts more than 30 days delinquent may result in your student being suspended from school.
  • A delinquent account at re-enrollment will put your re-enrollment on hold. 
  • 8th-grade students with a delinquent balance may be prohibited from participating in graduation.

Re-Enrollment at a Glance

Re-enrollment opens in January each year.

  • You'll receive an email when it's time to re-enroll.
  • View and sign your tuition contract in the Parent Portal.
  • Before signing, confirm your financial aid or Choice Voucher is listed correctly. If something looks off, contact Rhonda first.
  • Your tuition contract is binding. Only sign if you're committing to the full amount.
  • The deadline to withdraw without penalty is April 1st. After that, you're responsible for the full tuition.
  • If your FACTS account is past due, your tuition agreement will be placed on hold until the balance is current.
  • Before enrolling additional children, all existing balances must be current.
